PanePilot Privacy Policy

PanePilot is a browser extension for organizing, archiving, restoring, grouping, sorting, and closing tabs.

Data Processed

PanePilot reads tab information from the current browser window so it can show and organize your tabs. This may include:

• Tab title
• Tab URL
• Tab favicon URL
• Browser tab ID, window ID, and tab position
• Local PanePilot settings and archived tab records

Data Storage

Archived tabs, settings, and permanent keep rules are stored locally in your browser extension storage (chrome.storage.local).

PanePilot does not upload, sell, share, track, or remotely analyze your browsing data.

Network Access

PanePilot does not send your tab data to any external server.

Permissions

• tabs: read and manage tabs in order to show, activate, sort, close, archive, and restore them.
• tabGroups: create native browser tab groups when requested by the user.
• storage: save archived tabs, settings, and permanent keep rules locally.
